Tuned Benefits Include:

Hearing Screening:
A 10-minute annual virtual hearing screening.
Consultations:
Up to 3 virtual audiologist visits per year, plus referrals for balance, tinnitus, and pediatric care.
Solutions:
Hearing solutions with no out-of-pocket costs:
- Prescription hearing aids
- FDA-approved OTC devices (incl. AirPods Pro2 setup)
- Earplugs and hearing protection
- Tinnitus relief apps

*For dependents under 18: Tuned provides guidance and care navigation, but hearing aids must be dispensed by their home audiologist and are generally covered by major medical. **Florida law does not allow prescription hearing aids to be shipped by mail. Florida members will purchase Rx hearing aids in person at a local clinic or Costco.
*** To receive prescription (Rx) hearing aids, members are required to provide a clinical hearing test (audiogram) completed within the last six months.

For new clients and existing clients with no new sales in 2025, 10-499 lives. Accounts with 500 or more employees require pre-approval from Underwriting.

Pricing

Year 1: Fully covered by Colonial Life (no cost to employer) for employees
Year 2: $1.00 per employee/month ($12/year)
Employers may elect to include dependents priced at $1.00 per member/month ($12/year)

Terms

2-year agreement (auto-renews in Year 2)
Cancel up to 30 days before renewal to avoid charges
Tuned sends cancellation reminder ahead of time
