Being a Provider on Tuned

Role Overview

As a Tuned Provider, you’ll conduct consultations with benefits-eligible members, including documentation, clinical recommendations, and follow-up care planning.

Requirements
  • Active audiology license in at least one U.S. state

  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) number

  • Valid government-issued photo ID

  • Completed provider profile on the Tuned dashboard

  • Linked Stripe account for direct deposit
