Tuned Mono Offering

A full-spectrum hearing health benefit that goes beyond prescription hearing aids.
Includes OTC devices, hearing protection, tinnitus care, balance support, APD specialists, and virtual audiology.
Offered as a voluntary, employee-paid benefit, with optional employer subsidy. Employees can also add their family members, including their parents - ideal for “sandwich generation” employees.

How It Works

Sign Up

1.Complete the form

You or your client fills out a short form. No contract required. No census/roster needed.

2. Enrollment materials are shared with the contact person

After the form is submitted, the contact listed will see a pop-up window.

If the agent completes the form and lists the client as the contact, the client will receive the materials directly.

3. HR sends the email to employees

HR/Benefits sends the ready-to-use email to employees.

The email includes the unique sign-up link and an explanation of the benefit.

4. Employees get the email and click the link.

Employees will see a simple sign-up page that takes just a few minutes to complete.

*For dependents under 18: Tuned provides guidance and care navigation, but hearing aids must be dispensed by their home audiologist and are generally covered by major medical.
**Florida law does not allow prescription hearing aids to be shipped by mail. Florida members will purchase Rx hearing aids in person at a local clinic or Costco.
***To receive prescription (Rx) hearing aids, members are required to provide a clinical hearing test (audiogram) completed within the last six months.
