*For dependents under 18: Tuned Care provides guidance and care navigation, but hearing aids must be dispensed by their home audiologist and are generally covered by major medical. **Florida law does not allow prescription hearing aids to be shipped by mail. Florida members will purchase Rx hearing aids in person at a local clinic or Costco. ***To receive prescription (Rx) hearing aids, members must provide a clinical hearing test (audiogram) completed in person within the last six months, typically covered by major medical.
