How does Tuned work?

What's the impact of Tuned's hearing care benefit at your organization?

To help answer this question, we developed the hearing care impact calculator, a new tool that allows you to model the benefits of offering holistic hearing support to your employees.  Research shows that 25% of employees have some form of a hearing condition.

Employers spend an extra $2,200 per year *on healthcare for every employee with an undiagnosed hearing condition. Today's commercial benefit plans limit access to hearing care for all but the gravest conditions, leaving untreated employees  to struggle with mental health and stress-related comorbidities.
We invite you to explore the impact you could have for your team.
